Examining your Health History is critical to developing a plan for the future. There are three parts to the assessment.
1. Family history of chronic diseases and ill health
2. Your personal health history
3. Your health habits: -do you smoke?, -how often do you consume alcohol? -how much stress are you under? -do you feel depressed or angry? -how much sleep do you get? -what is your diet like? -how often do you exercise?
